Everytime the power goes off, it almost feels as if your life has stopped. Everything grows silent and the candles are lit (if it's dark). You start to go back to things that technology keeps you from doing.
Instead of sitting at my computer for a few more hours I was forced to get off and do something else. I went to my room and took a nap (because I wasn't feeling too well)after that I read my Bible which I usually do right before I sleep. It felt really good to catch up in my reading too! Then my mother came home and she started a fire. We both sat near the fire for warmth and read out of an encouraging book.
Eventually the heater came back on and we noticed some of the lights turning on. We finished our book reading and within 10 minutes we were back on our laptops...heheh. I'm finishing what I was doing (uploading a video) and making some food...but I think I will get off. I still kind of feel sick.
Anyway, I figured I'd post something because this blog hardly gets any love. My cosplay blog steals all the love! Heheh. :]
